What do I do with the download?

This is a configuration package, not an input-method installer.

Open the ZIP file to see its configuration files.
Use your input app’s import instructions. Rime uses the YAML configuration files; Yuanshu packages also include a keyboard skin in the skins folder.
Test the imported layout in your app before using it for everyday typing.
